A Collaborative Tango Practice Group
The Source/Kepler Practica is a collaborative learning environment that is open to tango dancers of all levels, from novice to professional. More experienced members of the practice group are encouraged to help the newcomers and to co-create a welcoming and inviting space for sharing and learning.

Saturdays, 4-7 PM
Civetta Dance Center
124 N 103rd St, Seattle

    Saturday, 9/4: Tango Vals
Tango Vals is one of the triumvirate of dances played at milongas (tango, milonga, and vals) and uses flowing melodies in 3/4 time that call for a different style of dancing than one would use for typical tango. In this all-levels class, we will discuss the fundamental vals timing and learn how to play with the music in a way that is compatible with vals rhythm.
